Roie is about to fire a Water Pulse! >=O
I want the lights to stand out in this artwork, so that's why I leave the background black.
I wish I could add something more, but it just messes up the highlights.
Now Roie learned Swift, Aqua Jet, Water Pulse and Dig, and this moveset really reminds me of my Buizel in PKMN Platinum .u.
...and for some reason, it also looks like an Aura Sphere lol XD
The two moves just look almost identical X3
